An award winning dairy on the outskirts of Melbourne. Current plant and equipment - which includes cheese and yoghurt making facility as well as milk processiong - can be expanded to include milk powder manufacturing for baby formula.
Sales turn-over in FY2018 was AUD65.06m with an EBITDA of AUD3.16m. Current plans will see growth to AUD97.94m in FY2021 with an EBITDA of AUD10.68.
This is a very strong investment with massive growth potential for the right buyer, also with the potential to list the business on the NSX or ASX.
World Famous Hotel in Australian Ski Resort
A famous hotel in Victoria's Alpine Region, in the ski resort of Mount Buller less than 3 hours out of Melbourne. The hotel has 72 rooms of accomodation and well as food and beverage outlets, and is located in the heart of the resort with ski-in ski-out capabilities.
Mt Buller has more than 300 hectares of skiable terrain and now has year round activities utilising the resort through the warmer months as well.
